Deep Tissue Massage
Experience a deeper level of relaxation while alleviate recurrent muscular tension and chronic pain. Using techniques such as myofascial release, cross fiber friction, and trigger point therapy, I focus on your specific problem areas to provide targeted relief. Unlike a Swedish massage, this approach is more vigorous and tailored to address your unique needs.
Neural Reset Therapy-NRT
NRT acts directly with the neurological system to reset the tonus of the muscles. NRT complements massage treatment and other bodywork well, and it has the potential to be more durable and effective than massage therapy alone. When using NRT, the therapist asks the patient to voluntarily contract certain muscles, and then uses vibration, jarring, or mild resistance.
